Kundi Networks SAS (“Kundi Networks,” “we,” “us”) offers users the TripMode application (the “App”), as well as the website and affiliated pages (the “Website”; the Website and the Apps are together referred to as the “Services”). We want you to clearly understand how, pursuant to this Privacy Policy, we use your information when you use our Services, and the rights and options available to you with respect to your information.

Information Collection

When you use our Services we may gather certain information. If you contact us, we may keep a record of your communication and contact information.

When you use the Application, you choose to report anonymised statistics on data traffic volumes exchanged between your computer and the Internet as well as limited system hardware information.

As a result, we receive information regarding application’s data usage when you use the Service. This information is limited to the strict minimum so that we can improve the overall service by gathering as little data as we can. We do not receive any information about the destination IP addresses that are accessed by applications. Therefore, no URLs, content or any private data is received by us.

While we receive these reports as part of the provision of the Services, we do not log or otherwise collect the content of the communications between your computer and the Internet.

Use of Information

We use the information we receive to improve the Services for our users. We process regular usage reports and system information in order to improve the overall services we provide to the Application’s users.

Sharing Information

We don’t sell your information to any third parties.

TripMode may share a subset of information with certain trusted third parties to help us provide, improve, protect, and promote our Services, such as website visitors with Google Analytics. At no time are any of the anonymous Internet usage statistics shared with any third party.

Data Retention

We may retain the information gathered, for as long as needed to provide Services. If you stop using the Services, you can request that we remove personally identifiable information that we collected from you through the Services.


We maintain adequate safeguards to help protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the information we receive. While we strive to protect your information and privacy, no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot guarantee or warrant the security of information you disclose or transmit to us and cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or inadvertent disclosure of your information.


We may store and process your payment information through third-party or Affiliate hosting services in the United States, European Economic Area (“EEA”), and other international jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your information, to a jurisdiction with different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you explicitly and unambiguously consent to the transfer of your information internationally, including but not limited to the United States, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.


Changes to this Privacy Policy

If we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that deal. We will notify you (for example, via a message to the email address associated with your order or a notice on our website) of any such deal and outline your choices in that event.
